Occasionally, though, those we serve do send us a note or a thank you and we've designed this page so that we can share some of our favorites!

BCEMS ran a call this morning, just after midnight, in Andover. This call was at the house of some of our closest friends. Our friend was complaining of chest pains, so his wife immediately called 911. He has suffered a heart attack in the past and has also had bypass surgery. He didn't feel right and knew he needed some help. They told me that he EMS crews were there so fast and were so professional and the family knows that because of them, her husband is still here today.

Thanks to the crew for their outstanding performance, and their professionalism and quick response time. I know there is just not enough thanks in this line of work, THANKS AND GOD BLESS BOTH OF THEM.
